The Building Design Department is the core of Catalyst Regeneration with over 30 years experience providing innovative designs.

Over this time the design department has reached out with a number of large projects around the UK and has benefited immensely from the support of other disciplines within the business.

We are experienced in handling all aspects of a project from a clients initial concept to seeing the vision through to reality.

Our design always puts the clients aspirations at the forefront of the development process and this has proven to be successful in particular when achieving planning consent and handing over a completed project.

Above all as designers we remain commercially aware that the final solution must be affordable and deliverable for our clients.
