The business has been established for over 18 years and re-branded itself as Catalyst Regeneration in 2006. We are a multi-disciplinary practice providing Architectural Design, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, CDM co-ordination, Structural Engineering and Party Wall services. Based in Birmingham we are 14 staff strong and still growing.

The business thrives on employing locally and investing in the development of its employees. We see ourselves as a unique medium size company providing competitive main stream services. Projects size varying from £200k developments to schemes in excess of £22m.
